NEW REBOOKING POLICY
We are going through unprecedented times which hold challenges for all of us. Our intention is always to try and serve our customers as best as we can, so we are pleased to inform you that we have implemented a new more flexible rebooking policy. All direct individual non-refundable reservations* with planned arrival from 1st March 2020 up to and including 17 May 2020 can be rebooked towards a future stay in HAPPY PORTO before 30th June 2021.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
The rebooking offer can only be used once per existing booking
The latest possible departure date for the new stay is 30.06.2021
If the new booking price is higher than the amount paid, you will be charged the difference
In the event that the new booking price is lower, the unused amount will be retained and will therefore not be refunded.
The daily rates at the time of the rebooking apply for the new stay

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR NEW DIRECT GROUP BOOKINGS
NEW short-term group bookings requested on April 15th or later with a stay date until the 31st of August 2020, can be cancelled until 14 days prior to arrival, free of charge. NEW group booking requests with a stay date from the 1st of September until end of December 2020, can be cancelled until 30 days prior to arrival, free of charge. Exceptions to these conditions may apply.
