Is the tap water drinkable?
Porto’s tap water is safe and excellent for drinking, meeting stringent European Union standards for quality and safety. While the water is safe, its taste can be a bit unusual for some due to the chlorine added during treatment and high mineral content. Many residents and visitors prefer bottled water for drinking, but the tap water is suitable for most other uses and is a good choice for a refillable water bottle.
Is the tap with filtered water free for guest use?
Why you’ll love it:
Maintenance: Our filters are changed regularly to ensure peak performance.
Safety: The water is super safe, crisp, and clean.
Eco-Friendly: We invite you to bring your own bottles and fill them up as much as you like.
It’s a great way to stay hydrated while helping us cut down on single-use plastics!
